The
town of Javea with it's accessible promenade and beach is
only 5 minutes away by car. The promenade is host to many
restaurants and bars catering for everyones taste. The villa
and gardens are wheelchair accessible and internally the
villa is level throughout and has widened doors for easy
access. It has an open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Area
with 3 Bedrooms ( Master having ensuite with level access

Two
of the bedrooms have French doors opening onto the pool
terrace with direct access to the kidney shaped pool 10
x 5m. The Kitchen is equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Electric
oven and Gas Hob a Washing machine is provided and is in
the main bathroom. Arches separate Kitchen, Dining Area
and Lounge. Cable T.V and DVD/CD player are provided. The
lounge and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with large ceiling
fans.
