How To Make A Booking

Terms
1. A deposit of £200 is due within 7 days of booking
2. The remaining balance plus a security deposit of £200 is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date or within 7 days of booking if your booking is within 8 weeks of your arrival date.
3. The security deposit is to cover any breakages or damages. It also covers the cost of any "exceptional" cleaning required after your departure. It will be returned to you, less any deductions, within 14 days of the end of your let.

Conditions
1. You will be sent detailed directions to reach the villa together with a set of keys.
2. The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of completion of the rental less any deductions for breakages or costs for "exceptional" cleaning required.
3. Please note all deposits/payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival no refund will be made. In the unlikely event that your booking is cancelled due to some fault of ours any payments received will be refunded and we will do our best to assist you with finding an alternative property. Our liability is always restricted to the value of monies paid to us.
4. Please note that we will do everything in our power to ensure the property is available on time, with the facilities described and that your holiday is perfect. In the event of any problems arising we will do our utmost to resolve them quickly or to try to find alternative accommodation. We cannot however be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused. We are also unable to guarantee weather conditions.
5. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of our property. Our guests must ensure that they have full & proper insurance in place for personal injury & for their goods, belongings & personal effects.
Bookings
Saturday to Saturday
Arrival Time – 4pm Departure Time – 10am

Linen
We provide bed linen and towels but not beach towels. The linen will be changed half way through a two week stay.

Smoking
Our property is Non Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

"Occupancy is for a maximum of 6 plus a cot".

We do not accept bookings from anyone under 21 or all male or female parties.
